From full meals to specials to interactive cooking kits, here are dinner options prepped and poised to go for Valentine’s Day 2021.
Rusconi’s American Kitchen
Enjoy a three-course dinner ($82) at home with starter choices including lobster bisque and entrée options of roasted rack of lamb with garlic and herb crusted heirloom potatoes and green beans; San Joaquin gold and meyer lemon scented herb risotto with seasonal vegetables; or a 21-day aged filet of beef tenderloin with vegetables, garlic potato croquette and red wine gastrique. Sweet ending choices are Yin and Yang crème brûlée with vanilla bean and dark chocolate; strawberry and wild blueberry cheesecake with white chocolate and berry compote; and “The Elvis” banana, peanut butter and chocolate parfait.

Taco Guild
For a family celebration of love, Taco Guild’s family taco pack ($50 feeds four, $72 feeds six, $120 feeds 10) features fully prepared meals complete with sides and fixings. Choose two proteins from chicken, carne asada, carnitas, shrimp or jackfruit; two sides like Spanish rice, borracho beans or street corn off the cob; and churros or horchata chocolate cake for dessert. The pack includes chips, salsa and toppings so everyone can build their own tacos. Orders must be placed at least an hour in advance.

Phoenix City Grille
Featured specials include a 12-ounce smoked prime rib with wild mushrooms and charred corn relish, bleu cheese dauphinoise potatoes, chimayo haystack onions and red chile au jus ($39) and a pan seared Chula Seafood sea bass with vanilla bean celery root puree, meyer lemon-basil chimichurri, tri-color roasted cauliflower and pomegranate-Arizona citrus relish ($34). There’s also a surf & turf of a 5-ounce wood grilled beef tenderloin with PCG Private Select bourbon and black pepper demi and a 6-ounce butter-poached lobster tail with Pernod butter sauce served with melted leek potato puree, heirloom tomato confit and baby pea tendrils ($49). A red velvet cheesecake with chocolate cookie crust and berries ($10) is the dessert special. These dishes are also available for dine-in orders. All couples dining in will receive a complimentary chocolate covered strawberry to share.

Sierra Bonita Catering
A take-and-reheat, three-course dinner features two entrée choices: prosciutto-wrapped chicken breast stuffed with asparagus and housemade Boursin, topped with a mushroom cream sauce ($98); or grilled filet with lobster compound butter ($130). Each comes with sides of a mixed greens, beet and goat cheese salad, Sonoran wheat berry risotto and charred broccolini. Dessert is chocolate layered cake with white chocolate ganache frosting and chocolate dipped strawberries for two. Orders must be placed by noon on Feb. 7. Pick-up is available 2-5 p.m. on Feb. 13.

STK Steakhouse
From Feb. 12-14, enjoy the Surf, Turf & Vine for two ($139) that includes two surf and turf entrées, a chocolate lava marshmallow cake and a bottle of either Justin Cabernet or Landmark Overlook Chardonnay. Cook at Home Kits for two ($59.95) or four ($99.95) that feature 6-ounce filets with STK Bold Sauce, mac and cheese and asparagus are also available. Preorders will be taken through Feb. 11. Real-time ordering is available starting Feb. 12.

Maple & Ash
Choose from two options that each feed two. The IDGAF ($175) features petite filet mignon, whole lobster, Maple & Ash wedge salad, asparagus, whipped and buttered potatoes and the restaurant’s signature chocolate cake. The Baked & Loaded ($150) offers ribeye, black truffle loaded potato, Maple & Ash wedge, fire roasted asparagus and signature chocolate cake. All pickup orders receive a complimentary 8-ounce bottle of Maple & Ash Fired Up Steak Sauce. Orders must be placed by Feb. 11.

Choose from two options. The prepared Romantic Dinner for 2 ($90) features a mini cheese board, boeuf Bourguignon with Noble Bread, roasted vegetables with herb butter and the Lover’s Assorted Treats for 2 for dessert. Or, cook dinner for two together with the provided ingredients and recipes ($90). It includes a crostini kit, choice of a vegetarian or chèvre; mushrooms and bacon galette; a salad of greens, candied pecans, fresh strawberries and vinaigrette; and chocolate fondue with dippers. Orders must be placed by 5 p.m. Feb. 8, with pickup 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Feb. 13.

Serrano’s Mexican Restaurants
On Feb. 13, savor the three-course Sizzling Dinner-for-Two ($45). It starts with your choice of chicken tortilla soup or house salad and is followed by a sizzling platter filled with a choice of machaca beef, shredded chicken, cochinita pibil or shredded pork; fajita vegetables; and two homemade flour tortillas. It comes with your choice of two sides like Spanish rice, refried beans and Mexican vegetable. The shared dessert is the Mint to Be – a chocolate cake layered with whipped cream, chocolate pastry cream and Girl Scout Thin Mints. This meal is also available for dine-in orders.

The Sicilian Butcher
A four-course prix-fixe menu ($60) will be offered Feb. 12-14, and includes specials like eggplant tortino comprised of pan-fried eggplant with bechamel; tomato herb, mozzarella and ciabatta; roasted beets and strawberry salad; and a 15-layer lasagna made with fresh pasta rags, three meat ragu, mini Tomaso’s meatballs, ricotta, mozzarella and tomato herb sauce. There are chocolate covered strawberries for you and your sweetheart. This menu is also available for dine-in orders.
