Popular Australian artist Ken Done and Kip&Co have teamed up for a colourful and vivid assortment just in time for summer.
Kip&Co co-founder Alex McCabe states the plan guiding the partnership has been virtually a decade in the making, acquiring dreamed of a collaboration with the prolific artist considering that she and good friends Kate Heppell and Hayley Pannekoecke initially started out the regional manufacturer 10 several years ago.
‘When Kate, Hayley and I grew up in the 80s, Ken’s artwork leapt off the partitions and into our working day-to-day lives, giving an incandescent backdrop to our most nostalgic, treasured childhood recollections,’ Alex suggests.
‘This was the time when a Ken Completed coaster set, t-shirt, or print turned as ubiquitous with the Aussie home as the hills hoists that punctuated our back again yards.’ They embraced his signature enthusiasm for colour and sample ever considering the fact that, which has ‘undoubtedly’ come to be 1 of their brand’s most significant in influences.
The Kip&Co crew labored together with Ken to go as a result of his great catalogue, narrowing down the artworks for the assortment, and used time with him in his Sydney home.
